

Delivery Times
Processing Times:
Orders are processed from 9am-5pm from Monday-Friday and posted within 1-2 days from purchase time for ready stock and within 10 days for made-to-order stock.
If your item is purchased on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be shipped the following business days within our processing times.
Please note:
- 3-4 days processing delay may occur during busier periods.
- If you have ordered multiple items and 1 of those is a 'made-to-order', we will not ship your order until all items are ready.
Domestic Delivery times:
Our standard delivery estimated time is 2-5 business days depending on where you are located within Australia.
FREE local delivery or pick up times:
Free local delivery will take 1-3 days, or 5-10 days for 'made-to-order' products.
Free local pick up will be available from 1-24 hours after purchase time within shop business hours depending on the stock levels in store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up in store.

Online Returns policy
We offer a 30 days return period.
Please note: We do not refund or credit the cost of shipping. All customers are liable for their own return shipping costs. Thirroul + Co is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/ returns. We recommend tracking your parcel through a registered postal provider.
Returns Policy:
If something is not quite right, you may return your goods for an online or in store credit subject to:
- Your return must be post marked within 30 days of purchase.
- The Item must be within original condition; tags, un-worn, packaged properly and not used.
- The Items must be in the original packaging it was received in.
- Due to hygiene reasons; all swimwear and earring styles are considered final sale and will not be accepted for a return.
- If an item was purchased with a special promo code, the customer will receive a credit to the amount that was paid for the purchase.
Faulty Returns Policy:
We hope you never receive a faulty item & am so sorry to hear if you may have.
We understand how heart-wrenching this can be. Please get in contact within 30 days of receiving your item. We will need your order number, images of the fault and a small description... please email thirroul.co@gmail.com.
If your item can be replaced we will provide a replacement. If the item is unable to be replaced we can offer a store credit or a refund.
